He has been privileged to instruct men and women of all stripes, including many US and international Police Officers, FBI, Border Patrol, Secret Service and both US and international military personnel. Ken has also provided personal security for executive clients including the famous author Tom Robbins. Ken is an accomplished competitive grappler/fighter and close quarter self-defense teacher as well a National Scottish Highland Games strength competitor. He is trained in many aspects of Brazilian and Japanese Jiu-jitsu and Judo. While in living in Phoenix, AZ Ken instructed and trained at world renowned Leininger Martial Arts Judo Academy from 1995-97. The Leininger Martial Arts Academy was internationally famous for gathering some of the world’s finest UFC Fighter, Wrestlers, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitors Ken has appeared in “Fighting Times” magazine, “Martial Arts Legends” magazine and Renton, Kent and Auburn reporter featured interview’s and Seattle King 5 News. Ken has worked as a corporate teambuilding coach for Microsoft, Golds Gym, and Salon Service, a certified ropes course facilitator for The WSU Adventure Challenge program and co-founder of the fittest warrior software and wireless speed and power tracking technology.
